This was my first time eating here at Brio Italian Grille and wow...this place is delicious. It's a little bit more interesting and creative than your traditional Italian grub. I opted for the Chicken Milanese. It was like a chicken Parmesan with fresh mozzarella, herbed spaghetti noodles and on the bottom was their house made marinara. It was soooooo good. Pretty big portion--took most of the noodles home. Loved that the meal started with their sourdough bread--that was piping hot and delicious. All of the service was great--our waiter was very attentive and was good with our drink refills and checking in on us. The ambiance here was very nice--it has an upscale Tuscan vibe. Will totally be coming back here. This place is perfect for a date night/fancier dinner that won't totally break the bank. Thanks for a great night Brio!!!

I love the happy hour deals. You can sit at the bar or the outdoor patio has nice couches/sofa style seating which is especially nice when it's beautiful out! Service can be a little spotty because they are sometimes short staffed but overall the servers are always very friendly. I absolutely love the beef carpaccio with the flavors of fresh salad and cheese and croutons on top. The calamari is a must order and my husband's favorite. I didn't have pictures but the brio burger is also delicious and such a good deal! Posted a full size photo of our beef carpaccio from another visit when it was full sized so you can see the difference. Don't forget to ask for the warm and crusty free house bread with a thick slice of butter!

My wife and daughter had a great time having dinner here on a Saturday night. There's a parking structure right next to Brio so getting here was quick and easy. Our server, Rifaat, was attentive with us throughout the night and provided great service. We ordered the Shrimp Eggplant appetizer ($20), Truffle Garlic Toast with Ricottta ($21), Gnocchi Cacio e Pepe ($14), Gorgonzola Cream Campanella ($24). My favorite was the Truffle Garlic Toast with Ricotta since it was emitting a strong garlic aroma and the whipped ricotta was so creamy. The toast was crispy on the outside and soft bread. The shrimp eggplant (which I ordered in my previous review) had crispy eggplants under grilled shrimp. The creamy cajun sauce was delicious and great to mop up with the complimentary bread. The gnocchi was soft and tender with a great buttery garlic sauce. Lastly, the Gorgonzola Cream Campanella includes asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, chicken, gorgonzola cream sauce & herb butter tossed with Campanelle pasta. The pasta was tender and the chicken was flavorful being coated with the creamy gorgonzola sauce.

Came on in on a Saturday night and the wait wasn't terrible. Granted we requested the patio on a chilly night as we brought our dog. They had heaters outside and it was perfect temp. Our server was really attentive and not overbearing 5/5. Ordered the following: Bruschetta Sampler 3/5 - it was decent but the price is pretty ridiculous $20 for 6 bruschetta, almost the same price as an entree. Nothing mind blowing here. Sausage Carbonara Campanelle 4/5, great flavor and pasta was cooked perfectly. The ratio of toppings to pasta was also on point. Pasta alla Vodka 3/5 - the ricotta gets a little lost and tastes the ratio to the pasta is too little. Vodka sauce was nice, just wish there was a bit more.
